get excerpt from content

This code will take the content of a post and strip away all the HTML tags. It will then split the content up into an array of words. If the number of words is greater than the excerpt length, the code will pop the last word off the array and push ‘…’ onto the end of the array. Finally, it will join the array back into a string and echo it out.
